Application at scale
Airless spray, back-roll, or brush and roller, matched to stucco, EIFS, masonry, wood, metal cladding, doors and frames, and exposed steel. Elastomerics, corrosion-inhibiting primers, and high-build coatings where specified.
Weather and quality control
Dew point and temperature checks, daily inspections, adhesion spot tests, and photo documentation.
Turnover and closeout
Deficiency walk, labelled touch-up kits and leftover materials, maintenance guidance, and warranty documentation.
