Can you work after hours or in phases?
Yes. We routinely schedule nights/weekends and floor-by-floor or zone-by-zone phasing. We plan noise/odor windows, elevator bookings, and access routes in advance so business can continue.
How do you handle new condo/apartment projects?
We build from the architect’s paint schedule, produce a sample suite/mockup if needed, track units stack-by-stack, and run coordinated deficiency walks before occupancy. Each suite/area gets a labeled touch-up kit at turnover.
What products do you use?
We follow the project spec. When asked to recommend, we choose low-VOC, scrubbable, and scuff-resistant acrylics for high-traffic areas; specialty primers for new drywall; and durable enamels for doors/frames, always matched to your timeline and budget.
